We want our services — including the AI receptionist — to be used safely, lawfully, and respectfully. This policy sets the ground rules.
You must not
- Use the service to break any law or regulation.
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassing messages.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Upload malware or attempt to compromise the service.
- Use the AI receptionist to provide regulated advice (medical, legal, financial) without proper qualifications.
- Record calls without complying with applicable consent and notice requirements.
Call handling
Your AI receptionist must be introduced transparently as a virtual or digital receptionist and never claim to be human. You are responsible for the scripts, FAQs, and routing rules you configure.
Enforcement
Serious or repeated breaches can lead to suspension or termination of your account. Email hello@thebigbear.app to report abuse.
